Our principal, Ms. Chan established Turning Point Dance Academy in 1994 in Seremban.
Ms. Chan, was a former dancer with the Kuala Lumpur Dance Theatre actively involved in local and overseas performances. In 1989, she undertook her dance Diploma in Sydney and in 1993, she was sponsored by China Ministry of Arts and Culture to further studies in Beijing Dance Academy.
She is a qualified teacher for Royal Academy of Dance - UK (RAD), Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing - UK (ISTD), Chinese Dance Examination - Beijing (CDE) and Polestar Pilates - US.

In 2005, Ms. Audrey Yap has joined the academy as a full time instructor after obtaining her RAD teaching qualification. She was formerly a student of Turning Point Dance Academy and was mentored by Ms. Chan for her RAD teaching certification. She has performed in various events including for Jabatan Kebudayaan, Keseniaan dan Warisan Negeri Sembilanin Sukma X.
Ms. Audrey is also a qualified instructor of Chinese Dance Examination - Beijing (CDE).

In 2006, Ms. Lim Li Khin has joined the academy as an instructor after obtaining her RAD teching qualification. She was formerly a student of Turning Point Dance Academy and under Ms. Chan mentorship for her RAD teaching certification. Ms. Lim is also a qualified instructor of Chinese Dance Examination - Beijing (CDE) and also runs her own dance centre in Malacca.
In 2014, Ms. Olivia See has joined the academy as a full time instructor after obtaining her RAD teaching qualification. She was formerly a student of Turning Point Dance Academy.
Ms Celine Chai who joined us in Dec'21. She graduated from Loyola Marymount University (Los Angeles, USA) with a dual Bachelors degree in Dance and Marketing. She specialized in ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz/jazz funk, hip hop and Zumba.
